This policy explains how Quarphin Technologies Inc ("Quarphin", "we") handles information in connection with this website at quarphin.ai and the free AI visibility check offered on it. Services a doctor uses after signing up are covered by the account terms shown at sign-up.

Information we collect

• Information you send us. If you contact us by email, we receive your name, email address and the contents of your message.
• The free AI visibility check. When you run the check, the name and area you enter are sent to our service, which looks them up in AI answers we have already collected for that area (or collects them for that area if it has not been measured yet). We keep the check's result — the name and area you entered, the area's answers as the AI engines wrote them, and whether the name appeared — so that you can claim your node from it. The check does not record your IP address.
• "Tell me when it opens". That link opens your own email program; nothing reaches us unless you send the message.
• Accounts. If you create a Quarphin account, the information you provide there (such as your name, email address, credentials, practice locations and booking links) is handled under the account terms shown at sign-up.
• Technical logs. Our hosting and content-delivery provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and timestamps) to operate and secure the site.

This site does not collect patient data or protected health information.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and loads no advertising or social-media trackers.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you.
• To operate, maintain and secure the website.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site (for example, hosting and content-delivery providers) under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Retention

No medical advice

Quarphin does not provide medical advice. AI visibility results are a record of what AI engines answered at a specific time; they are not an assessment of any doctor's medical quality. The Dentist Twin, when available, answers only questions a doctor has approved and does not diagnose.

Accounts and subscriptions

• AI-Ready is free. We do not offer a paid plan at this time; before any paid plan opens, these terms will be updated with its price, billing and cancellation rules, and you will be asked to accept them before you subscribe.
• Your node's content is yours. You are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to publish it; we may remove content that breaks the law or these terms.
• You may ask us to delete your account and its data at the contact address below.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quarphin is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

Intellectual property

The Quarphin name, logo and site content are the property of Quarphin Technologies Inc. Other product and company names mentioned on this site are the marks of their respective owners; their mention does not imply endorsement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
