If a patient asks AI in another language, will it still find me?

Yes, if your languages are recorded as data and your facts exist in the patient's language. Language is a property of your node, not a marketing feature of a website.

Patients ask assistants in their own language. For the assistant to answer "can Dr. Chen treat me in English, when and where", it needs that fact as structured data: the languages you treat patients in, with a level. Quarphin records this on the node and publishes it as schema.org knowsLanguage.

Facts translate safely: names, specialties, hours, addresses and booking routes can be shown in any language your node supports, because they make no claims. Free text is different: your introduction and philosophy appear only in languages you read, and a machine translation is never published until you have confirmed it.

Verification and language stay separate. Choosing to display Japanese does not imply a Japanese licence; a node outside Taiwan carries no Taiwanese verification badge whatever languages it shows.

In the first phase, node content can be written in Traditional Chinese, English and Japanese. This site itself is available in English, Traditional Chinese and Spanish.

Do I have to write my page in three languages?

No. Structured facts render in every supported language automatically; free text only where you confirm it.

Will a translated page be treated as a copy?

Each language version declares the others (hreflang) and shares one identity in structured data, so engines read them as one entity in several languages.
